The community will probably be predominantly about ethics/culture/meta no matter what, which is probably what you want to avoid based on your edit, but gaming does pop up occasionally.

they (the admin/devs) would have to create an API and then expose that API in order for others to create their own website/services using this .win network authentication / identity system.
